Woburn Public Schools is hiring for the 2025-2026 school year. The Elementary Education Teacher (3rd Grade) will:

1. Create a welcoming, inclusive, culturally responsive classroom environment that encourages students to share their authentic selves.
2. Implement district curriculum aligned with MA DESE Frameworks, collaborating with special education and EL staff to meet diverse student needs.
3. Administer assessments, analyze data, and adjust instruction to support student growth.
4. Participate in ongoing professional development, including instructional technology training.
5. Evaluate student abilities and progress, and refer students for additional services as needed.
6. Use feedback from colleagues and supervisors to improve teaching practices.
7. Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum consistency and best practices.
8. Follow all relevant laws, policies, and district regulations.
9. Maintain accurate student records.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or district administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher; Master's preferred.
• Current Massachusetts DESE Certification in Elementary Education.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and backgrounds.
• Training in elementary reading, mathematics, writing, and social-emotional learning.
