• Two years of teaching experience in a public school is strongly preferred.

• Set and track goals using ongoing assessments to inform instruction.
• Design data-driven assessments to inform instructional decisions.
• Deliver engaging instruction with a focus on literacy and grade-level standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and the principal.
