Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support social-emotional learning through a trauma-informed lens.
• Coordinate and monitor student behavior practices.
• Serve as a resource for faculty, coaches, counselors, and support staff.
• Provide social-emotional education for parents and the community.
• Maintain a positive school climate that encourages orderly student conduct.
• Promote unity and spirit among the student body.
• Provide leadership for PLCs, Data reviews, 504 plans, and IEPs.
• Assist in implementing curricular and long-range goals.
• Develop and evaluate school programs with district committees and partners.
• Monitor assessment data and trends.
• Communicate effectively with outside agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.
