The LET model emphasizes a joyful, high-expectation learning culture, customizing instruction to meet each student’s needs and supporting growth across core subjects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Fingerprint clearance and/or satisfactory state background check required.
• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and ability to raise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one cohort of students and manage classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain behavior standards to ensure a functional learning environment.
