BASIS Ed is seeking a 3rd Grade Elementary Teacher for the Baton Rouge Primary Mid City Campus. The role focuses on individual student growth with collaboration alongside the Subject Expert Teacher to maximize learning outcomes.

As a BASIS Ed Elementary Learning Expert Teacher, you apply your expertise in learning to address the differentiated needs of your students. Through collaboration with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET), the SET handles the main instruction in the classes, allowing you to focus on individual student results and raise their ability to learn.
The learning expert teacher (LET) cultivates a joyful learning culture where hard work is celebrated and intellectual pursuits result in extraordinary student outcomes. LETs at the elementary level customize education to meet the individual needs of each student.
