Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate – 3PL for Exeter, PA. This role supports daily 3PL distribution tasks, including order prep, inbound inventory processing, and safe handling of products in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed, ensure inventory accuracy, and work with a team to meet daily goals with potential overtime and occasional Saturday coverage.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work.
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required.
• Availability for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL First Shift

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
Location: Exeter, PA
Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift Premium: Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked after 5:00 p.m.
Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with potential overtime

Work Environment: Active warehouse role in a non-climate-controlled distribution center

About the Role

What We’re Looking For

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
