Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Exeter, PA 3PL shipping team and drive operational excellence. This role emphasizes safety, schedule management, and KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance coaching while ensuring DOT and OSHA compliance and flawless daily shipments. A strong candidate blends leadership with hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.
• Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.
