Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a warehouse associate to join a fast-paced team in Bridgeport, WV. You will receive, unload, and verify incoming parts, document receipts, and ensure accuracy in SAP.

You’ll help manage inventory and coordinate dock activities with storeroom and service centers while adhering to safety and spill-control procedures. The role requires reading and writing in English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• US work authorization.
• 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Inventory management experience.
• ERP system experience – SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive approximately 769,595 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Document and verify receipts against packing slips.
• Cross-check boxes against freight manifest and inspect for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancies to the carrier and log them.
• Unpack parts in a controlled environment and verify receipt in SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair parts.
• Coordinate dock activities with storeroom, repairs, and service centers.
• Escalate problem parts to ensure timely resolution and disposition.
• Monitor unloading of fuel and ensure spill control per procedures.
