Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Material Handler 3PL (Marshaller) in Bridgeport, WV. You will join a fast-paced team responsible for receiving and processing thousands of parts annually, unloading with PIV/MHE, and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP.

The role requires English literacy, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Prior warehouse experience and SAP familiarity are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Bridgeport, WV, with safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process about 769,595 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Verify receipts against packing slips and freight manifests.
• Inspect boxes for external damage and report discrepancies.
• Unpack parts into a controlled environment and log into SAP.
• Coordinate dock activities with storeroom and service centers.
• Escalate problems to the Materials Supervisor for resolution.
• Monitor fuel unloading to prevent spills and ensure safety.
