Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Verify receipts against packing slips and documentation.
• Cross-check boxes with freight manifest and inspect for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancies to carrier and document in inbound manifest.
• Unpack parts and ensure proper receipt into SAP.
• Route parts to storeroom and coordinate with teams.
• Validate quantity discrepancies and defects with Quality Team.
• Coordinate dock activities with storeroom and service centers.
• Escalate problematic parts for timely disposition.
• Perform SAP goods receipt MB01 and reversal MB01 procedures.
• Monitor unloading fuel to storage tanks and ensure spill control.
