Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking a 3PL Shipping associate to coordinate outbound shipments, manage inventory, and collaborate with carriers and vendors. The role focuses on accurate, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of products to customers while maintaining strong documentation and compliance.

Applicants should have 2+ years in logistics or shipping, proficiency in Excel and logistics systems, and solid communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and transportation carriers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight terms, and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments through 3PLs to ensure accurate, timely, and cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage inventory and orders to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate carriers and vendors to optimize shipping processes.
• Provide customer service and resolve shipping related issues.
• Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis on shipping metrics.
