Job summary

iHerb seeks a 3PL Region Manager to bridge between iHerb and external logistics providers across a defined territory, overseeing daily operations and coordinating with partners and internal teams. Heavy operations management experience is required.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, capacity planning, audit/compliance, and continuous improvement to optimize logistics performance. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of supervisory experience in multi-shift distribution/warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region.
  • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and returns.
  • Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking.
  • Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
  • Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL systems to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with internal teams to align execution with business needs.
  • Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periods.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure safety, process adherence, and inventory controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across systems and operations.

Job Summary

The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high-level "bridge" between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.

Job Expectations
  • 3PL Operations Management
    • Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
    • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)
  • Partner Management & Governance
    • Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking
    • Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
    • Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partners systems to ensure alignment
  • Cross-functional Coordination
    • Partner with internal teams (Inventory Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Ops) to align execution with business needs
  • Capacity & Peak Planning
    • Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periods
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Conduct site audits to ensure safety, process adherence, and inventory controls
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed for regional operations
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements across systems and operations

Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic in Mena)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with strong operational execution and follow-through
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Equipment Knowledge
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Slides, EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience Requirements
  • Generally requires a minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience within a multi-shift distribution center. E-Commerce and 3PL management experience is highly desirable.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline or equivalent additional experience required
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Team Member is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to store materials throughout the work day. The Team Member may occasionally lift or move materials and products up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment
  • Hectic, fast-paced with multi-level distractions

Travel

The role is based in the UAE to oversee operations in South Dubai as well as a facility outside of Riyadah. Travel is expected between the two sites as needed to support both facilities appropriately.
