Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a 3PL Program Manager in Somerville, MA. You will ensure regional order flows sync across Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL systems, coordinate daily carrier pickups, and drive on-time shipping while resolving stock and process issues.

You will work with Operations, Customer Success, and warehouse teams to optimize returns, inventory reconciliation, and packaging accuracy, contributing to a high‑performing fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external 3PL partners.
• Proactive attitude focused on high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional order flows and ensure Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems sync correctly.
• Resolve order exceptions to prevent delays.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, DHL.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and weekly cycle counts.
• Provide real-time updates to Customer Success on high-priority orders.
• Audit outbound packing and labeling for regional compliance.
• Analyze fulfillment reports to identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for sync errors and clear stuck orders within 24 hours.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily monitoring of regional order flows, ensuring that all customer orders sync correctly between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL warehouse management systems.
• Oversee the resolution of order exceptions, such as address validation errors, inventory stockouts, or SKU mismatches, to prevent shipping delays and customer friction.
• Direct the coordination of daily carrier pickups, working closely with warehouse staff and partners like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure all "shippable" orders leave the dock on time.
• Implement inventory reconciliation tasks by assisting in weekly cycle counts and investigating discrepancies between physical warehouse stock and digital records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to provide real‑time updates on high‑priority orders, transit delays, or regional delivery disruptions.
• Drive shipping accuracy by auditing outbound packaging and documentation for regional compliance, ensuring all domestic and international labels meet carrier requirements.
• Analyze daily fulfillment reports to identify "aging" orders that have exceeded our processing SLAs, escalating bottlenecks to the Senior Coordinator or Regional Head.
• Support the execution of regional returns and "Reverse Logistics," ensuring that returned products are processed, inspected, and restocked or disposed of according to company policy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving sync errors, ensuring that 'stuck' orders are identified and cleared within 24 hours.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field; equivalent operational experience will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift hourly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal teams and external 3PL partners.
• A proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude with a commitment to high‑quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Bonus Skills

• Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and simple report generation.
• Experience using Shopify, NetSuite, or common Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with regional carrier networks and basic domestic shipping regulations.
• Experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination role, ideally within a high‑growth e-commerce environment.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.

The Annual Base Pay Range For This Role Is

$62,000—$75,000 USD
