Job summary

Formlabs is hiring a 3PL Program Manager to be the final link in our global fulfillment chain. You will monitor regional order flows, resolve exceptions, and coordinate with FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure timely shipping. You will drive inventory reconciliation and support returns across regions.

You will partner with Customer Success to provide real-time updates on delays and aging orders, ensuring accurate labels and compliance. Equity compensation is part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external 3PL partners.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with commitment to high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily monitoring of regional order flows and ensure correct synchronization between Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL warehouse systems.
• Oversee resolution of order exceptions to prevent shipping delays and customer friction.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with warehouse staff and carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure on-time departures.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation through weekly cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to provide real-time updates on high-priority orders and delays.
• Audit outbound packaging and documentation for regional compliance and carrier label requirements.
• Analyze daily fulfillment reports and escalate bottlenecks for aging orders.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics with proper processing and restocking or disposal.
• Resolve sync errors and ensure stuck orders are cleared within 24 hours.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily monitoring of regional order flows, ensuring that all customer orders sync correctly between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL warehouse management systems.
• Oversee the resolution of order exceptions, such as address validation errors, inventory stockouts, or SKU mismatches, to prevent shipping delays and customer friction.
• Direct the coordination of daily carrier pickups, working closely with warehouse staff and partners like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure all "shippable" orders leave the dock on time.
• Implement inventory reconciliation tasks by assisting in weekly cycle counts and investigating discrepancies between physical warehouse stock and digital records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to provide real-time updates on high-priority orders, transit delays, or regional delivery disruptions.
• Drive shipping accuracy by auditing outbound packaging and documentation for regional compliance, ensuring all domestic and international labels meet carrier requirements.
• Analyze daily fulfillment reports to identify "aging" orders that have exceeded our processing SLAs, escalating bottlenecks to the Senior Coordinator or Regional Head.
• Support the execution of regional returns and "Reverse Logistics", ensuring that returned products are processed, inspected, and restocked or disposed of according to company policy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving sync errors, ensuring that 'stuck' orders are identified and cleared within 24 hours.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent operational experience will also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination role, ideally within a high-growth e-commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift hourly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal teams and external 3PL partners.
• A proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude with a commitment to high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Bonus Skills

• Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and simple report generation.
• Experience using Shopify, NetSuite, or common Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with regional carrier networks and basic domestic shipping regulations.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.

The annual base pay range for this role is:

$62,000 — $75,000 USD
