Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own inventory flow and replenishment decisions across the organization, translating demand signals into actionable purchasing and deployment plans. This high-ownership role requires strong analytical capability, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will set reorder points, monitor stock health, and coordinate with sales and operations to align priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Sage X3, is required.
• 2–5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, or demand planning.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-location inventory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory replenishment strategy and execution across product lines and locations.
• Set and manage reorder points, safety stock, and order quantities.
• Translate demand forecasts into replenishment plans and adjust for seasonality and promotions.
• Drive KPIs: fill rate, service level, DOH, inventory turns, and working capital.
