Job summary

Veriipro in Foster City, CA, is seeking an experienced PLM support engineer to provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA PLM applications. You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize integrations with ERP, SolidWorks, CATIA V6, and ensure reliable performance of MS SQL databases.

The role requires hands-on Java/JSP development, Windows Server administration, and strong ITIL-based incident management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline as listed.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in PLM, enterprise application support, or related IT environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE.
• ERP, SolidWorks, and CATIA V6 integrations experience.
• Java / JSP development experience.
• Windows Server administration.
• Strong MS SQL knowledge for performance troubleshooting.
• DSLS / Dassault Systèmes licensing knowledge.
• Experience in L2/L3 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support DSLS licensing and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Follow ITIL, incident, problem, and change-management processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of PLM apps.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technology discipline.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in PLM, enterprise application support, or related IT environments.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with:

• ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE

• ERP, SolidWorks, and CATIA V6 integrations

• Java / JSP

• Windows Server Administration

• Strong working knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V6.

• Good knowledge of MS SQL for performance troubleshooting, database locking, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of DSLS / Dassault Systèmes licensing.

• Experience in L2/L3 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
