Job summary

3DCP Companies is seeking a dedicated Print Technician / Mix Master to manage cementitious materials for our cutting-edge 3D construction printing operations. This on-site role requires supporting material batching, site prep, and printer mobilization across projects.

The position starts with an 8-week paid training in Tooele, UT at $20.00/hr, then $28.00/hr post-certification plus a 20% travel premium and travel allowances. Domestic and international deployments are involved.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in general construction, heavy trades, or industrial outdoor environments.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs frequently and work extended shifts on feet at job sites.
• Driver's license and passport required for domestic and international deployments.
• Concrete/ACI testing certifications, forklift, or heavy equipment experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Batch and mix cementitious materials to meet rheology, flow, and strength specs.
• Assist with site prep, stage materials, and support print crews during operation.
• Mobilize and relocate large 3D printer gantry components with engineering staff.
• Maintain pumps, hoses, and batch plants; keep equipment clean and operational.
