This role focuses on research and development of algorithms for photogrammetry, camera calibration, and 3D reconstruction from imagery and video, with emphasis on aerial and satellite data and potential

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience using multiview geometry to build 3D reconstruction from imagery or video.
• Experience with AI/ML methods for 3D reconstruction or camera calibration.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
• Strong publication record in top-tier venues such as CVPR/ICCV/ECCV.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop solutions involving camera calibration, registration, and 3D reconstruction from images.
• Contribute to open source software such as TeleSculptor, KWIVER, and Danesfield.
• Collaborate with researchers to develop ideas and peer-review work.
• Prepare and present research findings to customers and collaborators.
• Attend national/international conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, WACV, 3DV.
