Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a 3D Technical Designer for children’s apparel in NYC. The role focuses on maintaining fit quality, constructing spec packages, and ensuring brand consistency across styles.

You will collaborate with Design and Production to lead fit sessions, communicate construction details, and support safety and compliance across all products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, children swear experience
• Experience with Browzwear 3D software or similar software.
• Familiar with measuring sample points of measurement to ensure submitted samples are within tolerance of required specifications
• Strong knowledge of knit and woven garment construction
• Knowledge of patternmaking, sewing terminology and garment construction
• Have understanding of garment manufacturing and product development process
• Proficient in the use of Excel and MS Word; knowledge of Illustrator a plus
• Must be willing to work in the office 5 days/week.

An established Wholesale Manufacturer of branded and licensed children's apparel in NYC is looking to fill a Technical Design position. The Technical Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent level of quality and fit for Children's Apparel.
