Job summary

ENERCON’s Data Center Mission Critical Group seeks a 3D Structural Designer in the U.S. to join a dynamic engineering team. You will draft and refine detailed drawings, conduct site walkdowns, and collaborate closely with engineers, mentors, and junior staff, using REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo.

You’ll contribute to high-quality designs, maintain safety standards, and support project execution across diverse initiatives with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with design experience.
• Proven proficiency in 2D/3D design tools and BIM software.
• Experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination in multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Create/modify detailed drawings using Plant 3D, piping isometrics, P&ID, and support drawings.
• Site walkdowns and reporting to capture as-built and field conditions.
• Self-checks, peer reviews, and mentoring of junior designers.
• Coordinate with engineers and other designers; ensure standards compliance.
• Perform clash detection and BIM coordination in multidisciplinary environments.
