Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Machine Technician to operate and maintain industrial 3D printing equipment. This on-site role supports the full build process from setup to post-processing on a 100% on-site shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience with 3D printing and manufacturing environments, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a team. Occasional overtime and travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience operating 3D printing/additive manufacturing equipment.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends/holidays as required.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing/3D printing machines.
• Set up equipment, load materials, and start production builds.
• Monitor equipment to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Safely unload completed builds.
• Perform post-processing and finishing of manufactured parts.
• Maintain accurate production logs and equipment service records.
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and technical team members.
• Follow established safety procedures and shop-floor requirements.
