3D Systems in Littleton, CO is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced additive manufacturing equipment, including SLA, SLS, DMP printers, blast cabinets, and more. The role emphasizes safety, troubleshooting, and keeping machines running.

This onsite position follows a 4x10 schedule (Tuesday–Friday, 8:00am–7:00pm). Requires HS Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience; basic electrical understanding;

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with machine maintenance.
• Basic electrical systems understanding and safe hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced additive manufacturing equipment and critical support systems.
• Keep safety front and center—follow all safety protocols and standards.
• Work independently or with a tight-knit team, owning your area and taking initiative with minimal oversight.
• Track and manage spare parts and consumables in your area.
• Use technical manuals and CMMS software daily to log work, troubleshoot, and keep machines running at their best.
• Collaborate across teams—work closely with engineers, techs, and managers to solve problems and keep equipment running.
• Ensure all machines stay in top operational shape and downtime stays down.
• Work hands-on with a wide range of equipment, including 3D laser printers (SLA, SLS, DMP), rotary blowers, vacuum pumps, stress relief ovens, wire EDMs, blast cabinets, chillers and more.
