Togetherhood is seeking dynamic instructors to teach 3D Game Design to K-12 students across Washington, DC. You will design and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons using Unity and/or Unreal Engine as part of after-school programs.
As an instructor, you’ll lead weekly classes, foster a fun and inclusive learning space, and tailor projects to students’ skill levels. You’ll also document progress and provide constructive feedback to help each learner grow.

As a member of our network, you will be matched with opportunities to teach 3D Game Design to K-12 students at schools, buildings, and communities across Wash DC. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.
As an after school instructor, you'll have the following responsibilities:

Teachers in the Togetherhood network are paid per class, either flat rate or per-student (determined by the partner school). This is contracted, supplemental 1099 work. There is a separate materials budget for teachers to use for classes requiring one.
