Job summary

The Bexar Company is seeking a creative 3D Designer to join our team in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA. You will produce architectural visualizations that bring design concepts to life and collaborate with architects and designers to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Responsibilities include creating renderings, flythroughs, and 360° tours using SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, and Photoshop, plus editing videos with Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, rendering, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural and/or interior renderings.
• Strong 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, and post-production capabilities.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with Enscape and/or D5 Render.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Premiere Pro and InDesign preferred.
