Job summary

Apogee Architectural Partners is seeking an Architectural Rendering Specialist to develop accurate 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for internal and client use. You will collaborate with architects and designers to translate design concepts into compelling visuals and maintain consistency with client standards.

The role requires strong proficiency in SketchUp and rendering tools (D5 Render, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign) and a portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization

Qualifications

• Background in Architectural/Interior/Graphic Design or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills.
• Proficiency with SketchUp and other rendering software.
• Experience creating architectural presentations and presentations materials.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and elevations.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D architectural models from design concepts and drawings.
• Create high-quality renderings for new and existing projects using multiple software.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and entourage to create realistic imagery.
• Maintain accuracy between design documents and rendered imagery.
• Combine rendered imagery with photos and site context for presentations.
• Perform color correction and post-production tasks.
• Keep a consistent visual style across projects and presentations.
• Prepare presentation packages using InDesign and organize project assets.
