Job summary

Imagine One Technology & Management seeks a skilled 3D Artist - Virtual Reality to support a U.S. Navy project in Keyport, Washington. You will create immersive VR assets, model, texture, light, and animate for high-quality experiences.

This contingent role requires at least two years of VR-focused design and 3D modeling, with proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter. Competitive compensation available based on experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in game design, creating 3D models and sounds for VR, VR development, materials and shaders, lighting and environmental effects, organic and hard-surface modeling, high-level animations, and proficiency in 3D tools.
• Experience in front-end design, GUI design, Zbrush, PBR, Bolt, and rigging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the U.S. Navy project in Keyport, WA through VR design and development.
• Create immersive lighting, environments, and high-quality 3D assets for virtual reality.
• Model, texture, rig, and animate assets using industry-standard tools.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $158,000.00 Annually

Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a 3D Artist - Virtual Reality “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in all of the following skills: game design, creating 3D models and sounds for virtual reality, virtual reality development, setting up materials and shaders, and creating immersive lighting and environmental effects, organic modeling, hard-surface modeling, creation of high-level animations, 3D Studio Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of one year of experience in any or all of the following areas: front-end design, graphical user interface design, Zbrush, physically based rendering, Bolt, and Rigging.
