Applicants must hold an Active Secret clearance and demonstrate proficiency in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max, with 5+ years of relevant DoD or commercial contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional-quality 3-D models, environments, and animated sequences.
• Apply original concepts to produce visually compelling animations.
• Determine model fidelity and animation techniques per project requirements.
• Execute complex compositions using advanced visual techniques.
• Translate technical messages into dynamic visual content for high-visibility deliverables.
• Create animations and models representing concrete and abstract subjects.
• Deliver finished products within established timelines.
• Adapt methods based on intended use and desired outcomes.
• Support visual content for presentations and briefings.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align with goals.
• Create, maintain, and update SOPs for animation/workflow processes.
• Ensure SOPs reflect current tools, processes, and production standards.
• Document procedures and provide guidance for consistency and compliance.
