Graphic Artist – 2D/3D Modeling & Animation

Responsibilities
- Develop and produce custom 2D/3D models and animations to support briefings, training materials, and technical visualizations tailored to Army systems and initiatives.
- Create dynamic motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects that enhance multimedia presentations and digital communications.
- Design visually cohesive products—such as posters, infographics, and print materials—that integrate 3D renderings and models for both internal and external distribution.
- Translate complex technical data into accurate and engaging visual content, including schematics, system overviews, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with communication teams to storyboard, design, and execute animation projects that align with CPE IEW&S branding and messaging standards.
- Format and optimize graphic and animated content for use across various platforms including print, PowerPoint, web, and video.
- Ensure all visual media products comply with Army and CPE IEW&S branding, security, and accessibility requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, 3D computer animation, product design, 3D visual effects production, or 3D computer game design.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the field of 3D design or related fields.
- Or associate’s degree in the aforementioned disciplines and minimum seven (7) years’ experience in the field of 3D design or related fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
