Job summary

Garland Independent School District in Garland, Texas is seeking an AV/IT support professional to maintain and repair classroom AV equipment and related devices. Candidates will troubleshoot PCs, wireless devices and Apple equipment on the network as part of a broader tech support team.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and A+ certification, with preferred N+, ACMT, and ACSP credentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A+ certification is required; N+ is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license is required.
• N+ certification is preferred.
• ACMT and ACSP certifications are preferred for Apple equipment support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs, wireless devices and Apple equipment on the network, troubleshoot and repair AV equipment.
