Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on, in‑office role that serves as a critical link between our sales team, customers, and day‑to‑day business operations. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with both outside and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Location: 8531 S. Freeway Dr., Macedonia, OH 44056
• Schedule: Full-time | On-site, Monday–Friday (This is an in‑office position — remote work is not available)
