365 Technologies in Macedonia, OH is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to join our team. This hands-on, in-office role serves as a critical link between sales, customers, and day-to-day business operations, reporting directly to ownership.

You will oversee shipping and receiving, manage office and warehouse operations, monitor order fulfillment, and help develop standard operating procedures to keep the business running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or office management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication with sales teams and customers.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with both outside and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of all orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations.
• Monitor and track order fulfillment from placement through delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and vendors.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Report directly to ownership with regular updates on operational performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures and policies.
