Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Recruitment Manager/AVP to lead a team of consultants in a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role, onsite in Philadelphia or NYC. You will drive business development, client relationships, coaching and performance management while remaining active in recruitment.

The role combines leadership with execution, requiring a strong track record in 360 recruitment, team development and strategic client engagement to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in 360/full-desk recruitment with BD and candidate delivery.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing recruiters in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success building and growing client relationships and winning new business.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing recruitment performance against revenue targets.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach while leading by example in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing recruitment team with clear expectations on activity, revenue and performance.
• Train and mentor consultants to improve recruitment, sales and business development capabilities.
• Create a collaborative, customer-centric and results-driven team culture.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows.
• Review performance to identify coaching, development and improvement opportunities.
• Lead the business development strategy for your team, including market mapping and territory management.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to generate opportunities for your team.
• Own high-value clients and attend client meetings to represent TRG as a market expert.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across TRG brands and expand client relationships.
• Negotiate terms and support complex client or job-management situations.
• Remain hands-on in recruitment and contribute to revenue generation.
• Ensure the team sources high-demand candidates via LinkedIn, advertising, and referrals.
• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure excellent client and candidate experiences.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment expertise to clients.
• Ensure strong post-placement aftercare across the team.
• Set and review KPIs across client and candidate generation, CV submissions, interviews, placements and revenue.
• Monitor fee performance against budgets; maintain data integrity in CRM.
• Ensure marketing, advertising and activity meet TRG compliance standards.
• Act quickly on feedback to raise service standards.
