Job summary

Inova 360 Concierge Medicine seeks an experienced Primary Care provider to join our patient-centered team. We offer near-immediate access to top physicians, with comprehensive testing, and personalized concierge care supported by wellness professionals.

Applicants should have an MD with residency in Family or Internal Medicine and VA licensure or eligibility, with 3–5 years in Concierge Medicine preferred. Positions available across multiple Inova facilities in Virginia.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school; residency in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain VA license.
• Credentialing through third-party payors and CMS enrollment as a payor.
• Successful completion of Medical Staff credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care through concierge medicine with 24/7 access to patients.
• Utilize state-of-the-art testing and rapid lab results to inform care.
• Coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, and coaches for patient wellness.
• Enhance access to care while minimizing wait times and unnecessary visits.
• Demonstrate strong decision making and contingency planning for clinic operations.
• Act as resource for imaging staff and other technologists.

Concierge Medicine Physician Job Responsibilities:

• Provides easy, near immediate 24/7 access to the area's best primary care physicians
• Includes state-of-the-art testing and fast lab results
• Offers highly personal concierge care, and the help of trainers, nutritionists and coaches
• Provides convenient health access – avoiding long waits and multiple visits with doctors and specialists, and lost productivity
• Demonstrates creativity in section operation skills, decision making skills and contingency planning preparation.
• Acts as a resource for imaging students and other technologists.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Completion of Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience:3-5 years of prior experience required.
• Certification:Basic Life Support (BLS) upon star
• Licensure: Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain and VA DEA
• Payer Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Concierge Medicine
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
