Inova Health System's Inova 360 Concierge Medicine team is seeking an experienced Primary Care provider to join our concierge program in Falls Church, VA. This role delivers highly personalized care with extended visits and 24/7 access within a membership model.

The position emphasizes comprehensive preventive care, coordination with specialists, and patient education. MD with residency in Family or Internal Medicine and VA licensure are required; concierge medicine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Completion of Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in concierge or primary care settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon start.
• Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain VA DEA.
• Payer credentialing ability to enroll with CMS Medicare/Medicaid payors.
• Medical Staff credentialing for membership and clinical privileges.

Concierge Medicine Physician Job Responsibilities:

• Provides easy, near immediate 24/7 access to the area's best primary care physicians
• Includes state-of-the-art testing and fast lab results
• Offers highly personal concierge care, and the help of trainers, nutritionists and coaches
• Provides convenient health access - avoiding long waits and multiple visits with doctors and specialists, and lost productivity
• Demonstrates creativity in section operation skills, decision making skills and contingency planning preparation.
• Acts as a resource for imaging students and other technologists.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Completion of Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience required.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon star
• Licensure: Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain and VA DEA
• Payer Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Concierge Medicine
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
