Job summary

Prima Medicine in Fairfax, VA seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a concierge practice in Northern Virginia. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with deep patient engagement and 24/7 access for a highly boutique clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience in a concierge/private practice setting is desirable.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school; licensed in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level primary care with 24/7 access by phone or email and same/next-day appointments.
• Manage a manageable patient panel (~400) with in-depth, multi-system care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including endocrinology, weight loss, and APPs.
• Leverage AI scribing to reduce administrative burden and improve patient care.
