Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy with 3+ years of experience in 340B programs.
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification within six months of hire.
• NYS Pharmacist License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 340B costs and assist with charge configuration reviews with revenue cycle and Willow teams.
• Investigate 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing discrepancies with wholesalers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for 340B program.
• Monitor for drug supply chain issues, revenue integrity, and billing mismatches.
• Support pharmacy applications and system upgrades, including off-hours work.
