Job summary

Vizient in Irving, Texas is seeking a Program Associate to serve as the primary contact for 340B program stakeholders. You will provide guidance on program compliance, federal policies, and technical assistance with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

You will educate and support stakeholders through live and virtual sessions, participate in 340B University events, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve program integrity.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Healthcare or Pharmacy preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience required.
Background related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Interpret questions from stakeholders to provide guidance on program compliance and policies.
Manage timely communications and guidance between stakeholders and internal teams.
Educate stakeholders and internal teams on 340B program requirements via live/virtual sessions.
Represent the program at 340B University events and industry conferences.
Support government partners by gathering feedback and coordinating with participant databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve participant issues and improve resources.
