Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a 340B Program Associate to be the primary point of contact for program stakeholders regarding the 340B Drug Discount program.

You will provide guidance on program compliance, federal policies, and technical assistance, while managing communications and escalating issues as needed to ensure accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or Pharmacy degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Background related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret questions from 340B entities, executives, consultants, lawyers and government partners to provide guidance on program compliance and policies.
• Independently manage timely and accurate communications between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Educate program stakeholders and internal teams on 340B requirements, participant database and processes via live and virtual sessions.
• Represent the Prime Vendor program as a subject matter expert at 340B University events, conferences and trade shows, providing on-the-spot answers.
• Support government partners by gathering feedback and coordinating with participants and internal resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve program participant issues and provide valuable resources for program integrity.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on 340B policy topics and system enhancements.

Summary

In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for all program stakeholders regarding the 340B Drug Discount program. A 340B Program Associate provides support regarding program compliance, federal policies and technical assistance. Our top priority is precision, accuracy and aligned responses that require critical thinking, an eagerness to learn, ability to manage multiple resources and commitment to full resolution.

Responsibilities

• Interpret basic to complex questions from 340B covered entities, C-Suite contacts, consultants, lawyers and government partners to provide consistent and accurate guidance regarding program compliance, federal regulated policies, and technical assistance, while also triaging appropriately for escalation.
• Independently manage timely and accurate communications and program guidance between stakeholders, such as, covered entities, manufacturers, government partners and internal teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert educating program stakeholders and internal teams on the 340B program requirements, the participant database and certain processes through live and virtual interactions, and various educational programs (i.e., webinars).
• Represents the Prime Vendor program as subject matter expert at 340B University live events, industry conferences and trade show booths, by triaging questions to provide on the spot answers regarding 340B program compliance, federal policies, and technical assistance.
• Support our government partners by communicating program stakeholders' feedback, anticipating their future needs and collaborating on existing and new processes with their participant database.
• Identify and facilitate collaboration with internal teams to resolve program participants issues and gather feedback to ensure they are equipped with valuable resources to support program integrity.
• Complete ongoing group training sessions to stay up to date on dynamic 340B policy topics, current events and system enhancements to stay aligned with government partners in all areas of 340B policy, compliance, and technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree is preferred in Healthcare or Pharmacy.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.
• Background related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
