The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a 340B Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day management, compliance review, and operations of the 340B program across hospital locations and outpatient sites. You will perform real-time audits of 340B claims, coordinate workflows with departments, and develop processes to streamline documentation for 340B compliance, focusing on cost savings and data integrity.

Collaboration with wholesalers, pharmacists and leaders is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in 340B and/or pharmacy preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, or combination of education and applicable work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs real-time audits of 340B claims in split-billing software and closely monitors prescriptions for eligibility and accuracy.
• Coordinates workflows with other departments to ensure smooth 340B workflows.
• Develops processes to streamline documentation necessary for 340B compliance per program rules.
• Identifies cost savings, optimization opportunities, and compliance risks.
• Reviews third party split billing software for data accuracy and integrity.
• Produces, analyzes and summarizes relevant reports to improve efficiency of 340B operations.
• Interprets data to improve operations and optimize program savings.
• Reviews pricing trends and updates purchasing strategy accordingly.
• Aims to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and compliance at system and covered-entity levels.
• Prepares program content and presents information; performs other 340B related tasks.
• Communicates effectively with wholesalers, pharmacists, leaders, and others as needed.
• Attends trainings and conferences as necessary.
