Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
• Provides direct supervision to pharmacists and technicians; schedules staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality measures.
• Develops and maintains relationships with specialty pharmacy partner leadership and operations teams.
• Participates in formulary maintenance and drug administration protocols.
• Supports organizational preparedness for regulatory and quality measures.
