Southeast Community Health Systems is seeking a part-time Pharmacist-in-Charge to supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with all laws and SCHS policies. This role reports to the CMO and focuses on patient care, consultation, and safe dispensing.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, maintaining licenses, addressing inquiries from customers and physicians, and driving high‑quality service while managing budgets and staff development.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of pharmacy program from regionally accredited college or university.
• Current Pharm. D license in the State of Louisiana.

Responsabilités

• Managing and supervising pharmacy staff including staff pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversees pharmacy operations and security within the pharmacy.
• Ensures licenses, certificates, and paperwork are up to date.
• Coordinates with CMO management and departments to ensure continuity of services.
• Drive pharmacy sales by providing a high‑quality customer/patient experience.
• Responds to customer and physician inquiries regarding prescriptions and health products.
