Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking a 340B Coordinator for the Pharmacy department to optimize 340B operations and ensure compliance across inpatient and retail settings.

The role entails reviewing submissions, validating data, coordinating with the pharmacy purchaser, and generating monthly savings reports. A strong analytical mindset and pharmacy technician experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 340B program rules and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of 340B hospital/retail pharmacy operations.
• 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily submissions to split bill vendor ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform manual validation sampling for both inclusion and exclusion errors, coordinating with pharmacy purchaser for changes.
• Escalates any error pattern to AVP Pharmacy and Informatics team for resolution.
• Compile monthly reports of manual eligibility determinations to quantify savings opportunities.
• Oversees any 340B rebate reporting requirements and validates rebate collection amounts match expectations.
• Reviews reports on retroactive Medicaid eligibility changes and performs accumulator corrections accordingly.
