Job summary

Legacy Community Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician - 340B Compliance Specialist to manage the 340B program data governance and QA liaison between pharmacy and clinics. You will oversee purchasing, receiving and inventory control, and implement audits to limit liabilities and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include training staff, collaborating with IT and internal teams, and maintaining policy documentation, with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule at our Houston location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification and Texas State Board registration required.
• Discretion and accuracy with math and pharmacy data.
• Experience in pharmacy logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date 340B purchasing policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory purchasing, receiving, and control processes.
• Audit 340B program compliance and perform monthly contract pharmacy audits.
• Provide 340B quality assurance training for staff.
• Collaborate with IT, audit, accounting, and other teams to improve program efficiency.
• Monitor and report 340B data and metrics to stakeholders.
