North Memorial Health is seeking a 340B Audit & Compliance Analyst to coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program across our system. The role focuses on reviewing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and optimizing program effectiveness through internal audits and data analysis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare or pharmacy and 5 years in healthcare with finance, data analysis or related areas; 340B knowledge is preferred and experience with 340B split-billing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s in Business preferred, Apexus Advanced Operations Certificate can be on hire or within 24 months.
• Experience: 3 years healthcare or pharmacy experience; 5 years in healthcare with 3+ years in healthcare finance, pharmacy business office, data analysis, or equivalent.
• Knowledge: 340B program knowledge and 340B split-billing/third-party administrator systems knowledge preferred.

About This Position

The 340B Audit & Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with the coordination of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for all qualified entities throughout North Memorial Health. The primary focus of this position is to review operating and regulatory compliance procedures and controls to ensure proper application of laws and requirements are met for continued eligibility for the 340B Program. Such review includes ongoing internal audit functions, data analysis, and operation review. Independent audits and appraisals are designed to assist the organization in maintaining 340B Drug Price Program regulatory compliance and to optimize program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Apexus Advanced Operations Certificate on hire (preferred) or within twenty-four (24) months of hire.

Experience

• Three (3) years of healthcare or pharmacy experience
• Minimum five years health care with at least three years of healthcare finance, pharmacy business office, data analysis or equivalent area.
• 340B Program knowledge preferred
• 340B split-billing/third party administrator systems knowledge preferred

• Understanding of basical computer programs and knowledge of MS Offie applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
