High School Athletic Coordinator - Fall Season
Wenatchee High School
Stipend: $4,841-$7,473
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the District Athletic Director to support the high school athletic programs. This includes spending time each week working directly with assistant principals and secretaries communicating: coordination of high school level athletic schedules and competition schedules, coaches meetings, hiring of coaches, arranging transportation of athletes, site supervision of home competitions, and working with the assistant principal to manage the ASB athletic budget for all sports. Work with AD to hire coaches for the season. Communicate and support the coaches. Aid in providing needed personnel for home athletic events including scorekeepers, officials, etc. Work with the district maintenance department and coaches to ensure proper prep work is completed for fields and courts prior to the start of each sport season. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Coaching experience at High School level preferred. Possess a current First Aid Card/CPR Card or complete a district approved athletic training/sports medicine course equivalent to the Red Cross first aid training or be enrolled in that type of class. A Washington State Patrol Criminal History Information Form, required by RCW 43.43.830, be on file in the Athletic Office. High school graduate and at least 21 years of age. SPI Moral Character Supplement Form 4020b completed and on file. Annually attend a blood-bourne pathogens training. Certificated personnel preferred. Attendance and punctuality are important functions of this job. Other duties as assigned.
