Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, questioning, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling according to bank policies.
