Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for its Bell, California plant to lead maintenance operations across three shifts. You will drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement to keep production safe and efficient.

You will manage a multi-disciplined team, partner with plant leadership, develop standards, oversee budgets, safety, and compliance, and deliver measurable uptime improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of maintenance management or related manufacturing leadership experience.
• Significant experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance.
• Experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift maintenance teams and managing contractors/vendors.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across a three-shift environment, ensuring safety, reliability, and uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, delegate maintenance activities, repairs, and projects.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule and address overdue tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external maintenance resources to minimize downtime.
• Respond to equipment failures, working with operations to restore performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within maintenance.
