Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates measurement plans from engineering drawings using 3-D metrology instruments.
• Uses CAD software for design and verification tasks.
• Set up and operate 3-D metrology instruments to check assembly alignment and fit.
• Develop training for performing 3-D measurements.
• Devises and implements methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product quality.
• Performs statistical analysis to assess risks and non-conformances.
• Ensures corrective actions and documentation meet reliability standards.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.
