Weaver Partners, Inc. is seeking experienced 3(16) Administrators to provide fiduciary services and serve as a primary contact for plan sponsors. You will administer single-employer plans, MEPs and PEPs, manage client deliverables, and coordinate with recordkeepers and payroll data while upholding ERISA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3(16) fiduciary services experience.
• Strong client-facing / relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of ERISA, plan documents and retirement plan operations.
• Experience working with recordkeepers and payroll data.
• QKA or other ASPPA/NIPA credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for plan sponsors, advisors and recordkeepers.
• Administer single-employer plans, MEPs and PEPs.
• Manage ongoing 3(16) fiduciary administration and client deliverables.
• Monitor eligibility, plan entry dates, contributions and payroll data.
• Review and process loans, distributions, RMDs and participant transactions.
• Coordinate required notices and disclosures.
• Identify operational issues and facilitate timely corrections.
• Interpret plan documents and ensure administration follows plan provisions.
• Coordinate with recordkeepers, payroll providers and internal compliance teams.
• Participate in client meetings and explain administrative or compliance issues.
• Manage deadlines while maintaining strong client relationships.
