Job summary
Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the distribution center in a fast-paced environment. You will operate material handling equipment and perform essential warehouse tasks across picking, packing, receiving, and shipping functions.
The role requires safe operation of forklifts and related gear, adherence to safety programs, and reliable collaboration with team members. Staples offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- MHE operator certification required
- Pass a drug screen where legally permissible
- Basic English language skills (spoken and written)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Overtime may be required for full-time associates
- Lift, push or pull 70–100 lbs by hand
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 ft or more
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product up to 100 lbs.
- Handle receiving, putaway, returns, and shipping-related tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal/external contacts.
- Be flexible to move across SC1/SC2 roles as needed
